Life talking to life about life

Bhagavad Gita is not a religious document that is linked with one religion. It is simply a life science and what every single human undergoes, irrespective of what relgion, caste, creed, nationality or colour that he belongs to. Dr. Hanif Khan Shashtri, a muslim scholar, also explores it and compares it with the similarities in the Holy Quran too, and explains it in layman terms. It is like life talking to life about life.

Don’t let the world silence the whispers of your heart.

Listen to the wind, it talks. Listen to the silence, it speaks. Listen to our heart, it knows.

The most confused we ever get is when we try to convince our heads of something our hearts know is a lie.

Above all other voices, listen to our heart. Trust this internal guidance system to lead us down the right path. The more we tune in, the more it’ll tell us: we’re wise, loving, kind, capable. We’ll make it through. With love, we will. By grace, we will.

Don’t let the world silence the whispers of our heart.

“You have learnt so much and read a thousand books. Have you ever read your Self? You have gone to mosques and temples. Have you ever visited your soul? You are busy fighting Satan. Have you ever fought your Ill intentions? You have reached into the skies, But you have failed to reach
What's in your heart!”

Humans are yet to experience God

WE FAIL TO LEARN FROM GOD, FROM SCRIPTURES, MASTERS, HUMANS....
CAN WE NOW LEARN FROM ANIMALS AND BIRDS?

In an ancient temple, a number of pigeons lived happily on roof top.

When the renovation of the temple began for the annual temple feast the pigeons relocated themselves to a Church nearby.

The existing pigeons in the Church accommodated the new comers very well.

Christmas was nearing and the Church was given a facelift, All the pigeons had to move out and look for another place.

They were fortunate to find a place in a Mosque nearby, The pigeons in the Mosque welcomed them happily.

It was Ramadan time and the Mosque was repainted, All the pigeons now came to the same ancient temple.

One day the pigeons on top found some communal clashes below in a market square.

The baby pigeon asked the mother pigeon
"Who are these people ?

The mother replied; they are "Human beings".

The baby asked,
But why are they fighting with each other...?

The mother said "These human beings going to temple are called 'Hindus' and the people going to Church are called 'Christians' and the people going to Mosque are called 'Muslims'.

The Baby pigeon asked, "Why is it so? When we were in the Temple we were called Pigeons, when we were in the church we were called Pigeons and when we were in the Mosque, we were called Pigeons. Similarly they should be called just  'Human beings' wherever they go"?

The mother Pigeon said,
'You and me and our Pigeon friends have experienced God and that's why we are living here in a highly elevated place peacefully.

These people are yet to experience God.

Hence they are living below us and fighting and killing each other.

Happy Ramadan 2020

Wishing all dear ones a very happy Ramadan. May bountiful Allah bless all with health, happiness and peace. Sharing something that I sang years ago.

Also, someone sent me this beautiful sharing yesterday.

A rich man looked through his window and saw a poor man picking something from his dustbin ... He said, Thank GOD I'm not poor;

*نظر أحد الأغنياء من خلال نافِذتِه فرأى فقيراً يلتقط شيئاً ما من سلَّة القُمامَة فَحَمَد الله وشَكَرَهُ أنه ليس فقيراً*؛

The poor man looked around and saw a naked man misbehaving on the street ... He said, Thank GOD I'm not mad;

*نظر الرجل المسكين حوله وشاهد رجُلاً عارياً يُسِيء السلوك في الشارع وقال الحَمْدُ لله أني لسْتُ بِمَجْنُون*؛

The mad man looked ahead and saw an ambulance carrying a patient ... He said, Thank GOD am not sick;

*نظر الرجل المجنون إلى الأمام ورأى سيارة إسعاف تَقِلُ مَرِيضًا وقال الحمد لله أَنِي لسْتُ مَرِيضًا*؛

Then a sick person in hospital saw a trolley taking a dead body to the mortuary ... He said, Thank GOD I'm not dead;

*ومِن ثُم رأى مَرِيضٌ في المُستشْفَى عربةً تَنْقِل جثةً إلى المشرحة فَحَمَد الله وشَكَرَهُ أنه لا يزال حيٌ يُرْزَق*؛

Only a dead person cannot thank God;

*المَوتَى هُمْ وَحْدَهُم الذين لا يَستطِيعوُن الكلام وشُكْر الله*؛

Why don't you thank GOD today for all your blessings and for the gift of life ... for another beautiful day;

*فبما أنك لازلت حياً تُرْزَق فلماذا لا تبادر بِشُكْر المَوْلَى عَزَّ وجَلْ على مَنِّهِ وكَرَمهِ وفَضْلِهِ وعلى هبة الحياة ومَنْحِك يوم آخَر جَمِيل*؛

*What is LIFE*?
To understand life better, you have to go to 3 locations:

*ماهي الحياة؟*

*1. Hospital*
*2. Prison*
*3. Cemetery*

At the Hospital, you will understand that nothing is more beautiful than HEALTH.

In the Prison, you'll see that FREEDOM is the most precious thing

At the Cemetery, you will realize that life is worth nothing. The ground that we walk today will be our roof tomorrow.

Sad Truth* : We all come with *Nothing* and we will go with *Nothing* ... Let us, therefore, remain humble and be thankful & grateful to God at all times for everything.
